My recommendations will consist of:
- Daily/Weekly Calories and Macros based on your Body, Lifestyle and Goal
- Weekly Meal Plans for every meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks)
- Grocery Store list for the weekly Meal Plan
